Billing operations are supported by payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We process your uploaded files and generated outputs to provide the core service, including clipping, captioning, reframing, and export delivery.

You control what content you upload. You should not upload content you are not allowed to use, or sensitive information you do not want processed by cloud systems.

  • We track feature usage to understand performance and improve workflows.
